Our Teachers

Charlotte Cacchia - Founder

I am Charlotte, a French teacher living right outside Paris! Before I became a French teacher for foreigners, I wanted to be a literature teacher. During my undergraduate studies, I ended up discovering a passion for French grammar and decided to do a master’s degree in teaching French as a foreign language at Sorbonne university. Today, grammar has no secrets for me, and I hope it soon won’t for you either!

After finishing my masters in foreign language teaching, I started my online French school, Bonjour Baguette.

Why bonjour and baguette, you ask? Because these are often two of the first words foreigners learn in French!

I have been teaching French at all levels, particularly to English-speaking adults. Over the past three years, I have had the opportunity to work with major companies such as L’Oréal and McKinsey.  Whether they want to buy a baguette or obtain French nationality, I always accompany my students in their learning by offering them a tailor-made approach adjusted to their needs.

Finally, as an energetic person with a good sense of humor, I always prioritize speaking skills during my classes, using a funny and interactive approach. My aim is to always put a smile on my students’ faces during my classes.

Bonjour !  My name is Romane Candice Lacroix. Born and raised in central France, I graduated from the University of La Sorbonne with a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages, Literature and Civilizations in English, specializing in French as a Foreign Language in my third year. I then continued my studies with a Master’s degree in Francophonie & Plurilingualism.

My interest in foreign cultures then led me to become a French teacher in France and abroad. I’m passionate about exchanging and sharing.

Finally, I consider myself to be a curious person, always ready for new adventures.
